Harmony Dust
Founder/Executive Director
Bio: Harmony Dust is the founder and Executive Director of Treasures, an outreach and support group for women in the sex industry.
While completing a Master’s Degree in Social Work at UCLA in 2003, Harmony founded Treasures as a dream born from a broken past and a heart healed by the love of God. Having overcome sexual abuse, rape, dysfunctional relationships and a life inside the walls of a strip club working as an exotic dancer, Harmony is truly passionate about seeing women’s hearts and lives revolutionized by a relationship with God and a revelation of their true worth in Him. She also has a passion for seeing the house of God be a place where hurting and broken people are met with open arms and offered a safe haven for their healing and restoration.
She has been featured in various media sources, including Glamour Magazine, Tyra Banks Show, Dr. Drew’s Sex Rehab and The 700 Club. She is a sought after speaker and her memoir, Scars & Stilettos has been published by Lion Hudson. Follow her on Twitter @HarmonyDust
Nissa Prizzi
Executive Assistant to Harmony
Bio: Nissa is living her dreams in beautiful Los Angeles, California! Originally from a goat farm in a small town in Colorado, it was apparent from a very early age that she was meant for the big city. When she finally came to Los Angeles in pursuit of acting, instead of finding fame, she found the Love of her life. God transformed her from a small town girl, looking for love in all the wrong places, into a passionate woman of God ready to fulfill her destiny.The radical message of God’s immense love for each of us transformed Nissa’s heart and began a healing work that is still happening. It is a burning desire for Nissa to be a part of freeing women from chains of brokenness into the joy of abundant life.
Nissa’s life is full to overflowing. She is happily married and has two daughters. She serves on the Worship and Creative Arts Team, as well as the leadership team for Celebrate Recovery at Oasis Church. Emily Hibard
Director of Operations
Bio: A Los Angeles native, Emily Hibard was raised by hippy parents who told her she could achieve anything, that nothing could stop her, and that she was just as pretty, smart, and capable as anybody else. She believed them and has never looked back.
In 2002, she earned her B.A. from Azusa Pacific University, graduating with honors. She later studied Modern Political Thought and Church History at Oxford University. She is currently working on her Master of Public Administration (MPA), specializing in Non-Profit Management, at California State University, Northridge.
In 2006, the Los Alamitos City Council in Orange County, California appointed her as the youngest commissioner onto the Cable Television Commission.
In 2011, she founded Idle Tuesdays Recording Studio, a non-profit studio, on the second floor of her family’s packaging company, Spiral Paper Tube & Core, where she continues to work as a paper packaging consultant. She aspires to collaborate with the United Nations, serve as a United States Ambassador, and meet Dana White of the UFC…because she’s just as pretty, smart and capable as anybody else. Isatel Dutra
Office Manager/Outreach Coordinator
Bio: Growing up, Isatel never let any obstacle or lack of resources keep her from accomplishing her goals. Raised by a single mother in poverty, she knew she had to make a better future for herself. Born legally blind, Isatel has done everything she has set her mind to: from white water rafting, earning a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of California, Riverside, studying abroad in Spain, working in Germany, and traveling throughout Europe. When she first moved to Los Angeles in 2007, she thought she would pursue a career in marketing and promotions in the entertainment industry. But in 2009, God revealed to her a burning desire to help women of all ages around the world.
Through Treasures, God has given Isatel the healing necessary to overcome her own sexual abuse, shame, guilt, fear and pain from her past. Read Isatel’s story here. Follow her on Twitter @isatel
Crissy Moran
Speaker/ Care and Support Coordinator
Bio: Crissy understands what it is like to be involved in the adult entertainment industry, what that lifestyle brings and how hard it is to break away. Her life was a search for love that began in her childhood. A series of bad choices and life circumstances led her into the industry.
Today Crissy works at Treasures as the Support Group host and provides one-on-one support to women as part of the Care Team. As a public speaker, she has travelled nationally to share her story at churches and colleges. Her story has been featured on ABC’s Nightline, the Florida Times Union, In Touch magazine, LA Weekly, British GQ, in several documentaries and on numerous websites both secular and Christian. Holly Wagner
Author & Founder of GodChicks
Bio: Holly’s life is full and busy… just the way she likes it! Like most women, she wears many hats – wife, mom, pastor, teacher, author and cancer survivor.
Holly and her husband, Philip, are the Lead Pastors of the Oasis Church – a growing, relevant, multi-cultural, multi-generational church located in Los Angeles. She and Philip have taught many relationship seminars around the world and are committed to healthy marriages, especially their own! They love spending time with their two young adult children, Jordan and Paris, and enjoy seeing them fulfilling God’s purpose for their lives.
Holly is passionate about seeing women become who God has designed them to become, and to see every generation of woman extend a helping hand to the generation that is younger. Through the women’s ministry of Oasis, GodChicks, Holly seeks to blow the lid off the boxes that women have sometimes put themselves in and encourages women to be the amazing, world-changing champions they were made to be.
She has written several books, using her humorous yet challenging style to encourage readers. Her books include: Dumb Things We Do, a “his and hers” look at overcoming relationship obstacles; God Chicks, examining with humor and honesty the many facets of being a woman of God, Daily Steps for GodChicks, a 90 day devotional which was written duringher treatment of breast cancer and WarriorChicks, which uses Holly’s own life experiences to deliver witty, yet poignant principles for facing any crisis life throws at you.
Holly speaks at churches and conferences all over the world, and loves living out the adventure God has given her!
Alex Jones-Moreno
Director of Social Justice at Oasis
Bio: Alex has been at Oasis since 1999. He served in a number of volunteer capacities before joining the Oasis staff 8 years ago. Alex is a licensed Minister on staff. He currently oversees Oasis’ local and global social justice outreach efforts as well as community relations. As a Licensed Minister he also facilitates Weddings, Funerals, Hospital visitations and other pastoral care requests. He is married to Shunna Jones-Moreno who is the Director of Operations at Oasis. They are the proud parents of Layla.
Steven Luff
Writer
Bio: Steven Luff works closely with Craig Gross of xxxchurch.com leading their X3 Los Angeles Sexual Addiction Recovery Groups and providing the teaching material for their X3Pure Online 30-day Sexual Addiction Recovery Program. His book Pure Eyes: A Man’s Guide to Sexual Integrity, co-written with Craig, will be coming out from Baker Books in September, 2010. Steven is currently in his final year of the Masters of Divinity program at Claremont School of Theology in Claremont, CA. He is happily married to Rundi Luff and has two wonderful children, Phoebe and Jude.
Rundi Luff
Bio: Rundi Luff lives in Los Angeles with her husband Steven and 2 children. Before starting her family she worked full time as a graphic designer. Rundi continues to do graphic design, especially for Treasures, with which she has been involved for the past 3 years. Currently she leads the Treasures Care Team which mentors women coming out of the sex industry.
Roe Dodgen
Staff Spiritual Director & Adjunct Faculty at Biola University
Bio: In addition to her role at Biola University, Roe also offers missionary care with Heart 2 Heart International who ministers to Romanian orphans and leads the Romanian/American staff in spiritual retreats and leadership development.
Roe began her career as a teacher when their youngest child entered school. In 2005 she graduated from Talbot Seminary with a Master’s in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care. While at Talbot, she oversaw women’s discipleship and urban ministries. After graduation she became a caseworker with the Orange County Rescue Mission before coming to work at Biola.
Roe has been on countless mission trips, volunteered in homeless ministry, and led retreats over the last 15 years. Her and her husband offer pre-marital counseling and mentoring for couples struggling with sexual addiction.
Roe grew up in Wyoming and stepped into the Kingdom of God when she accepted Christ as her Saviour at the age of 18. Her passionate love for Jesus is what drives her life and her desire to follow his will. She has been married to her husband Jim since 1975 and they have 3 grown children. She enjoys the outdoors, skiing, sailing, and dancing.
Dan Broyles
Spiritual Care Director at Grace Baptist
Bio: Dan Broyles is the Spiritual Care Director at Grace Baptist Church in Santa Clarita, California. He currently oversees about 45 volunteers helping people one-to-one (lay counseling). Previously, he was a social worker for the County of Los Angeles, where he helped children who were abused and neglected. Mr. Broyles has a M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University at Northridge. In addition, he has received a B.S. in Biblical Studies and a B.S. in Human/Family Development from Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Broyles is licensed as a pastor and as a Marriage Family Therapist. He is author of the book Helping Teens at Risk of Suicide. He is married to his wife of twelve-years, Carli and they have two young children.
